- Unopened Packaging: We only accept returns for products that are in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sublimelashesswitzerland@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
